布料(避免皺縮)放在切布軟墊上，壓下手鈕並旋轉超過90度，即可切取正確的100平方公分布樣，用以秤量布重。
Place fabrics (avoid wrinkled) onto the cutting mat, press down hand wheel, rotate over 90 degrees under pressure, and you've got an accurate 100 cm2 sample for weighing.

The cutter is made of precisely lathe machined circular disks of aluminum alloy and steel blades. Three circular disks are precisely fitted and specially processed for extremely smooth operation, never worn or stuck for long. At the bottom of disks, grooves design keeps fabrics firm, and samples cut off with clean and neat edges.

切取布樣100平方公分放在秤盤上，立即得知 "實際重量" 與 "每平方米公克"。輸入幅寬，可同時顯示 "全幅寬每碼長公克"，亦可切換為 "每平方碼英兩(盎司)" (牛仔布常用)。任何幅寬(英吋)皆可按鍵輸入，自動換算，完全不須再使用計算機。多種計量方式適合各種需求。
Cut 100 cm2 fabric sample and put it on Scale Pan, you can get “Actual weight” and “Grams per square meter” (Actual weight x 100, 1 m2 =10,000 cm2 = 100 x 100 cm2). Just key-in the fabric’s breadth, the Balance will simultaneously show “full-breadth grams per yard”. It also can be changed to “Ounces per square yard” (frequently used with JEAN). Any breadth (inches) can be key-in and automatically calculated. Calculator is no longer needed. Multi-measurement meets all demands.

Maximum actual weight capacity is 500 grams(17.64 oz). The scale is capable for all kinds of fabrics of up to 50,000 grams per square meter (1,473 Oz/yd2, or 69,667 g/yd-60”breadth), even carpet. When samples of weighting under 150 grams, the resolution is 0.01 gram (0.0005 oz), comes to fabrics of 1 g/m2 (0.04 Oz/yd2) precise tolerance.[When samples of weighting between 150 grams to 500 grams, the resolution is 0.02 gram (0.001 oz), comes to fabrics of 2 g/m2 (0.08 Oz/yd2)]
